WARRANTY & RETURNS
Warranty Repair of Bushmaster Firearms Industries™ Products:
BFI™ will provide service for defects in materials or workmanship at no charge to the purchaser for a period of one year from the date of sale of any BFI™ product. Be sure to retain your sales receipt to demonstrate the proof of purchase date. This warranty is valid only on current BFI™ production models and products; Bushmaster® products purchased before the relocation to Nevada are not included in this warranty but will be addressed on a case to case basis.
If a product fails after the initial one-year period, please contact us. If there are no signs of abuse or misuse, we may, at our discretion, provide repair at a discounted rate.
BFI™ will accept returns of products sold through this website for up to 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be in unused and unopened condition. A restocking fee of 15% will apply. Shipping charges are non-refundable once a product has been shipped.
"Firearms purchased directly through our website (and transferred through a local federal firearms licensee) may only be returned in new condition and must have a valid RMA# written on the exterior of the box. A shipment that does not have a valid RMA# may be refused at the time of delivery. In addition, the consumer must provide a legible copy of their state or federally issued identification with the shipment for us to log the firearm back into our inventory properly. Alternatively, a consumer may elect to have the transferring FFL return the firearm; however, an RMA# will still be required. Any deviation from these requirements will be grounds for non-acceptance of the shipment."
To best serve our customers, we will accept returns of defective merchandise for up to 90 days from the date of sale. Customers will be able to ship the defective products back for replacement or refund. Suppose the product was not manufactured by Bushmaster Firearms Industries and has been more than 90 days from the date of sale. In that case, customers must work with the original manufacturer for service, repair, and replacement. All returns and repairs require an RMA number before they are sent in. BFI™ generally ships orders within 1 to 5 business days. Sometimes in the event of an inventory miscalculation or manufacturing delay, it may take longer than three business days to ship your order. If this should happen to your order, we will contact you and inform you of the reason for the delay, the anticipated time to rectify the situation, and we will offer you the option of canceling your order if it does not meet your requirements.
Most shipments are sent via United Parcel Service. Shipping ground will save you money, while shipping overnight will get your order to you faster. Please be aware that some items may require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
