Why we made BRAVO ZULU™ SD
Introducing the Bravo Zulu™ SD, a firearm that will exceed all your expectations. With a name that means "job well done," this rifle breathes new life into the dependable Bushmaster® line-up. This rifle is loaded with features to make it the perfect choice for a multitude of applications. The addition of a free float rail, a DM2S™ 2-stage trigger, Magpul furniture, and a pinned and welded MUTA® BM556™ all come together to create a truly exceptional firearm.
The Bravo Zulu™ SD is chambered in 5.56 NATO (.223 REM) and features an 11.5-inch barrel made from 4150 CMV steel, with a salt bath nitride finish for enhanced durability. The barrel's twist rate is 1:7, making it ideal for long-range shooting.
This rifle's lower receiver is forged from 7075 aluminum and has a carbine-length gas system, while the upper receiver is a 7075 forged A4 flat top. The bolt carrier group also has a salt bath nitride finish, and the bolt itself is MPI tested for safety and reliability.
The 10-inch BFI® M-LOK handguard allows for easy attachment of accessories, and the Magpul MOE SL® carbine stock provides a comfortable and stable shooting experience. The Magpul MOE® grip and MOE® enhanced trigger guard further enhance the rifle's ergonomics, while the DM2S® 2-stage trigger allows for smooth and consistent trigger pull.
The rifle also features an ambidextrous safety selector, magazine catch, and charging handle for increased versatility, and it comes with a Magpul PMAG® 30 GEN M2 MOE® magazine.
The Bravo Zulu™ SD is proudly made in the USA and weighs 6.9 pounds without the magazine. Its overall length is adjustable, ranging from 32.75 to 36 inches.

Firearms Shipments:
In accordance with federal regulations, firearms may only be shipped to a licensed dealer. To avoid any delays in delivery, kindly ensure that you provide the FFL Dealer's information in the Shipping Directions when placing your order. If you do not provide the information with your order, we will reach out and request you provide us with your dealer's information to obtain a copy of their FFL. Once we receive the FFL, we will begin processing your order, and the lead time will start from that point. Lower Receivers Shipments:
Lower receivers are also considered firearms under federal regulations and require an FFL (Federal Firearms License) prior to shipment. Therefore, it is important to ensure that your FFL dealer sends us a copy of their license, along with your name and order number via email. We appreciate your attention to this matter as it helps us ensure a smooth and timely delivery of your order.
