Bushmaster Names Allan Thompson as Director, Business Development – Military and Federal Agencies Group
April 26th, 2007 - WINDHAM, Maine – Bushmaster Firearms International, LLC announced today that it has named Allan Thompson to fill a newly created post as Director, Business Development – Military and Federal Agencies Group.
Mr. Thompson’s career includes 20 years of training and tactical experience with numerous individual weapons, as well as less-lethal munitions systems. Prior to joining Bushmaster, Thompson served as Military and LE market specialist for Leupold and Stevens, Inc. where he was responsible for the management and market development of the tactical distributor network for Leupold’s line of Tactical Rifle Scopes, and was the liaison for Military accounts. Prior to that engagement, Thompson worked for a number of other Military and tactical optics suppliers, and retired as a Strategic Task Team Supervisor from the Delray Beach, Florida Police Department.
