When are you going to Release the Bushmaster ACR?
I purchased a Bushmaster XM15-E2S. It says, 223-5.56 caliber. Is it okay to shoot 5.56 ammo? One FAQ said not to shoot 5.56 in a 223 because of excessive pressure. I can not find XM15-E2S on your web site. Also I was told to shoot only brass cased ammo. Wolf ammo is steel cased. A notice that came with the rife said Wolf ammo cycled good at the factory from your rifes. Can I shoot Wolf ammo safely or should I stay away from Wolf steel cased ammo for this XM15-E2S?

How do I purchase a gift certificate online. It is for a birthday present. Thank you
I have an XM15-E2S, pre ban with 11.5 " bbl. SNL140350. I recently bought it used from a dealer. I had a problem with repeated jamming due to failure to eject. The extractor would retain the fired case and pick up a new round from the magazine. For a fix, I replaced the bolt assembly with a new one from brownells. (Bushmaster mfg). I returned to the range and fire about 15-18 rounds and the problem started again, jamming every third or forth round. The rifle was hot, and I let it cool for a few minutes. It worked OK for 6-7 rounds then started jamming again. To me it seems to do it as the rifle heats up, but I am not positive of that since I only let it cool once and then didn"t retry it. My best guess is that the bolt/carrier is not going far enough to the rear to activate the ejector and then picking up the next round and jamming. It seems to be either caused by the heat or gas system. I was not trying to fire rapid fire, but more sustained fire in 3 shot groups. I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks much, Wendell Peck

I want to keep my rifle all bushmaster so i will need to purchase out of your BMAS section a four rail hangruard. I see the free float(YHM-9480) was made four 16" will this work for my rifle? I just put together my AR-15 and I don't know but why the saftey doesn't move to the safe position unless there is either a round in the chamber, or I pull back on the charging handle and simulate loading. Is this normal?
I know that this is a stupid question but other than brass casing is steel cased ammunition any good for an XM15-E2S (M4)? I saw the topic regarding lower quality ammunition but no names of ammunition that wasn't any good for it. I know wolf is a big no no and I don't know about silverbear or brownbear. I see from reviews across the internet that its ok and then I see nightmare stories. I would rather get a difinitive answer from you guys before buying lower quality ammo. Thanks, jamie d
