FAQ ID # 2696 - I have a mod. xm15e2s. and in order to get it close to the target you have to slam the sights all the way to the left. I had a pro look at it and he suggested the front sight looked pinch and off a little from the factory. he said to send it in and have it checked out. Barely used and was a hand me down from my grandfathers estate. Is their a Warranty? how does it work, or how much is it to get it fixed? It is a factory defect. -Cory

Question / Issue

Answer / Solution

Sounds like it's a little out of index. We will fix it under warrantee as long as it's has a Bushmaster upper receiver on it. It’s a simple fix. Please call customer service at 1-800-883-6229. They will instruct you on how to ship in your upper for service.
