| I have the XM15 E2S with a 16" barrel i am using the midwest industries picatinny for grips and yankeehill front folding sight with bayonet lug. Will the piston conversion fit/work with they 2 mods? |

The piston kit will only work reliably on gas block/sight bases that are pinned onto the barrel. If they are aftermarket sights that just screw on they will not hold up to the movement of the piston operating rod. Also the only other handguard I know of that works with the piston conversion is the Daniel Defense Omega 7 for gas pistons. |
